Airport

I'm now sitting in the United Red Carpet Club room at PDX, Portland Airport. It's an hour and a half until our flight leaves, so I have about an hour to kill here. There's free juice... Mmm... Juice. PDX has free wifi, so I'm using that, although the signal is very weak (down to one dot now). At least it works, right? Yes.

There's one thing that's bugging me, and is now bugging the United people at the check-in desk too..... The highest United membership is the 100,000 mile member (fly 100,000 miles in a year), but they call it the 1K member..... Shouldn't it be 100k? It's the logical thing...............

But anyway, my dad is a 1k/100k (whatever it is) member, so we don't have to wait in line..... They have their own check-in line and their own security line.... Which is really nice and fast.

So now to see if flyodx (the wireless network) will work well enough to post this.... I'll probably post again in San Fransisco (if I get wireless).
